Description
We are looking for a superintendent for an industrial project carried out under the design-build formula. This position is currently offered for the North Shore region of Montreal. The Superintendent will be based directly at the construction site and will be responsible for the following:
- Work supervision;
- Quality control;
- Safety on the construction site;
- Coordination of subcontractors;
- Ensuring the work schedule is respected and making the required updates;
- Keeping the site clean.
Skills
The following will be considered important assets:
- Ability to manage industrial projects/new construction;
- Comfort in carrying out surveys/sketches;
- Bilingualism;
Exigence
- 6-9 years of experience
- Written languages: Fr : Intermediate / En : Intermediate
- Spoken languages: Fr : Advanced / En : Intermediate
