TELEMARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated telemarketing representative to join our team. You will play a key role in the development of our client base and the promotion of our services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospect new potential clients.
  • Conduct research on targeted companies to tailor your approach and engage with decision-makers.
  • Present and promote our design-build services to clients and prospects, by mastering our offerings.
  • Identify client needs and projects during in-depth, non-invasive telephone
  • Be persuasive, calm, and professional while focusing on the objectives of each call (project detection, gathering relevant information, scheduling appointments).
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Follow up and update client databases (CRM).
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in telemarketing or a telephone sales position.
  • Knowledge of the construction sector is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Good proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Perfect bilingualism (French and English).
  • Active listening skills.
  • Open-mindedness, tenacity, and positivity.
