Pre-Construction

PREMIERE implements projects using the "Integrated Design Process" (IDP) which differs from the classical process by our influence as design facilitator during the Pre-Construction phase.
With the IDP, the Client plays a more active role and PREMIERE raises questions on performance by making sure that all designers and specialists intervene in full synergy and according to the needs and expectations.
Construction
PREMIERE gets only involved on invitation and is independent of any potential construction system or supplier. Year after year, 40% of its business is the result of "Repeat Business" or client's recommendation.
