PREMIERE DESIGN-CONSTRUCTION INC. is a general contractor specialized in industrial project implementations using the "Design-Build" formula and is also a leader in the realization of green buildings (aiming for LEED certification).
Certified ISO 9001:2008, PREMIERE maintains partnerships with many manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and aeronautical companies wishing to obtain real turn-key services and projects offering optimal quality/price ratio.
Winner of a Dunamis award in 1999 "Service Enterprise of the year - 25 employees or less" and of an Award of Merit from the CISC-Quebec in 2007, PREMIERE is a member of the ISPE and of the CaGBC (LEED AP), with already one new building having obtained the GOLD LEED certification (Tricentris) and two others in the process of obtaining it (Cascades and Sobeys).
